TERMS & CONDITIONS
All fees will be refunded for cancellations received in writing by 21 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available for cancellations after that date. Substitutions are permitted at any time.
In the event that you cancel this Agreement, Organizer shall refund to you the remaining fees, if any, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
Please remember that canceling this Agreement does not cancel any hotel and travel arrangements you may have made in conjunction with member events. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Please see the Substitution Policy below for details. If you do not attend the International Conference on the EU Cybersecurity Act and did not cancel your membership but have paid your membership fee, you will not be refunded.
Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original member. You may submit your request via email or mail.
