The Intersection of US and EU Cybersecurity Requirements (B11b)
The United States and European Union are racing to implement cybersecurity and privacy standards aimed at protecting critical information from intruders and giving individuals rights with respect to their personal information. This session will examine the US and EU efforts and see where they overlap and impact each other. We will also pay close attention to companies with cross-border business and what they must do to avail themselves of the marketplaces in the EU and the US, including US efforts in the government contracting supply chain.
