TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registrants to EUCyberAct.org receive membership benefits including access to complete Certification Conferences audio archive web site, regular Industry Update email newsletters, complimentary attendance to member events including the International Conference on the EU Cybersecurity Act, and other member benefits or events which may be announced. Membership is valid for one year following the date of registration. This membership agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Cnxtd Event Media Services Corp. (“Organizer”) and registrant. All written notice and requests, including requests for a copy of the posted Membership Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use, shall be sent to Organizer at [email protected] or Cnxtd Inc., 421 Seventh Ave. #709, New York, NY 10001
CANCELLATION POLICY
All fees will be refunded for cancellations received in writing by 21 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds are available for cancellations after that date. Substitutions are permitted at any time.
In the event that you cancel this Agreement, Organizer shall refund to you the remaining fees, if any, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
Please remember that canceling this Agreement does not cancel any hotel and travel arrangements you may have made in conjunction with member events. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Please see the Substitution Policy below for details. If you do not attend the International Conference on the EU Cybersecurity Act and did not cancel your membership but have paid your membership fee, you will not be refunded.

DISCOUNTS
Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Fees must be paid in full before discount deadlines in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.
CREDENTIAL CONTROL
Membership credentials are the sole property of the Organizer and must be surrendered upon demand to Organizer representatives. Organizer-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the member events.
PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
Member events are held in a public space, therefore Organizer does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations or other companies from photographing or video or audiotaping some activities. Organizer reserves the right to use images taken at the member events with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.
CREDENTIAL SCANNING
You may be asked to scan your member credentials at either at exhibit booths and/or session rooms. Please note scanning of your credentials is optional. When your credentials are scanned by exhibitors and/or sponsors during member events, you are opting-in to receiving communications from that entity. You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly.
SOLICITING DURING MEMBER EVENTS
Suitcasing or outboarding is prohibited at member events. Organizer reserves the right to escort any individual from member events who is reported to be soliciting and who is not a sponsor or exhibitor.
ADMITTANCE
In its sole discretion and without refund, Organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from member events anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the events or any other attendee.
PRIVACY STATEMENT

The views expressed by any members, speaker, exhibitor or sponsors are not necessarily those of the Organizer. All members, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of Organizer or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, Organizer may postpone, reschedule or cancel member events without liability on the part of Organizer. If a member event cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, the Organizer shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses. EUCA Organizer will review refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted in writing, for approval on a situational basis.
