Biography
Johan Klykens joined the public service after working for 18 years in the private sector on compliance and quality assurance. During his time at BELAC, the Belgian accreditation body, he was involved in supporting the Cybersecurity Centre Belgium (CCB) on accreditation matters for NIS and CSA. Johan joined the CCB in 2022 as the Director of the Certification Authority of the CCB. He is responsible for certification under the CSA Act, the supervision of the NIS2 entities, for the CyberFundamentals Framework elaborated by the CCB and the implementation of the CRA.
