Matthias Intemann

Matthias Intemann is the Head of Section Digitisation of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) in Bonn, Germany. He has a background in Computer Science, focusing on IT-Security, Operating Systems, Networks, and formal methods. His experience in certification using Common Criteria started in 2002 as a vendor and continued in 2008 with the BSI certification team. He was representing the Federal Republic of Germany in the European Cybersecurity Certification Group (ECCG) and other international committees. He is now heading the team responsible for IT security in spearheading German government lead digitisation efforts.
