Antoaneta Roussi

Antoaneta Roussi is the Cyber and Intelligence Reporter at POLITICO in Brussels where she focuses on the intelligence community, foreign hacking efforts against EU governments and institutions, and political battles over the spyware.

Antoaneta joined POLITICO in 2022 and is co-author of the Cyber Insights newsletter.

Prior to POLITICO, Antoaneta worked as a freelance foreign correspondent in East Africa, where she covered several crises, including the Ethiopian civil war, the Sudanese revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic.

She has written for The Financial Times, The Telegraph, BBC, and Nature magazine, among others.
