Breaking New Ground: ITSEF’s Journey Through EUCC Accreditation and Authorization (J12a)
This talk shares the journey of achieving EUCC ITSEF accreditation, providing an inside look at the steps, challenges, and successes encountered. Achieving EUCC accreditation required rigorous preparation, including aligning internal methodologies with new regulatory standards, state-of-the-art documents, and guidance provided by the scheme itself. The talk offers valuable insights into the accreditation process, highlighting the authorization process and new procedures established by the EUCC scheme. It provides guidance for upcoming EUCC ITSEFs navigating the process and serves as a starting point for industry, conformity assessment bodies, and policymakers to collaborate and advance progress. Lessons learned on approaching accreditation and authorization for future schemes developed by ENISA are also shared.
