This talk will examine the regulatory requirements under the EU Cyber Acts and compare them with US cybersecurity requirements; particularly those aimed at companies that sell directly or indirectly to the US federal government. -A review of the EU Cyber Acts regulatory requirements;
-An overview of US government requirements including the new Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification scheme;
-How companies and organizations ready for the EU Cyber Acts can use that readiness to help them meet US government requirements; and
-Challenges in meeting US government compliance along with practical solutions.
Included in the panel with be a cybersecurity attorney (moderating), a technical cybersecurity expert and CMMC assessor with offices in Europe, and a cybersecurity evangelist.ighlighting the US requirements and referring back to the EU Cyber Acts and related requirements. Topics will include:
