One Principle to Consider while Developing New Certification Schemes (Y12a)
The CSA allows the industry, national authorities, and standardization bodies to collaborate and develop various cybersecurity certification schemes. Some of these schemes are already operational (EUCC), others are ready to be operational (EUCS), and many more will be developed in the future, such as EU5G and IoT. This talk highlights the most critical principle considered when developing different certification schemes in a commercial certification body. The implications of this principle are also shared to help stakeholders make more informed decisions before choosing a direction for developing new certification schemes.
