The Benefits of the EN 17640 Standard in the Harmonisation of the German and French Fixed-Time Certification Schemes (S13b)
The new EN 17640 standard provides a CSA-compliant fixed-time cybersecurity evaluation methodology (FiTCEM) for ICT products. The German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) and the French National Agency for the Security of Information Systems (ANSSI) present their application of EN 17640 for the harmonization of their respective product certification schemes, BSZ and CSPN, and the mutual recognition of resulting certificates. This talk also discusses the potential of this standard for European harmonization under the CSA.
