Biography

At the Executive Cabinet of the Spanish National Cryptologic Centre (CCN) of the Ministry of Defence, Alma Aguilar supports strategic initiatives related to the implementation of key European cybersecurity legislation, including the NIS2 Directive, the Cybersecurity Act (CSA), the Cyber Solidarity Act (CSoA), the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and the AI Act.

She represents CCN in several European and national cybersecurity contexts, including the NIS Cooperation Group and the CRA Expert Group, and participates in multiple national coordination forums and interdepartmental working groups. These include the NIS2 transposition process in Spain, the Critical Infrastructure Protection Working Group, the National Cybersecurity Strategy, and the National Cybersecurity Forum.

Previously, she served in CCN as Chief Coordinator of the ENSOC Cross-Border Cyber Hub Consortium, Secretary Board Representative of the Spanish National CSIRT Forum, Spain’s Standing Representative in the CSIRT Network and contributed to different ENISA adhoc working groups.
