David Nosibor

David Nosibor is VP of Sales at Red Alert Labs, where he helps OEMs, testing laboratories, and certification bodies strengthen their security assurance operations and meet the compliance demands of the EU’s evolving cybersecurity framework, including the Cyber Resilience Act, RED Delegated Act, EUCC, ETSI EN 303 645, and IEC 62443.
At Red Alert Labs, he works at the intersection of automated pre-compliance tooling and expert-led certification, helping organizations move from assessment to certification without stalling their product roadmaps. The company’s CyberPass platform supports self-declaration, pre-compliance, and formal certification workflows alongside its laboratory and consulting practice.
Before joining Red Alert Labs, he was Lead Principal at UL Solutions. There, he took a cybersecurity compliance SaaS product from concept to market launch, securing multi-million dollar investment and supporting OEMs across standards including UL 2900, ISO/SAE 21434 and IEC 62443-4-1
