Johan Decock

Johan Decock is Senior Advisor Cybersecurity & Certification at the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium and member of the National Cybersecurity Certification Authority under the EU Cybersecurity Act. He focuses on European cybersecurity certification schemes, particularly the EUCC (Common Criteria), and contributes to ENISA working groups on certification and vulnerability handling.

Johan is a certified ISO/IEC 27001 Senior lead auditor and -implementer, and accreditation auditor for the Belgian accreditation Body (BELAC) (ISO/IEC 17021-1, 17020, 17029, 27006, CyFun®). With more than 25 years of experience across SaaS, automotive, financial services, public sector and critical infrastructure, he bridges European policy, certification frameworks, and operational ISMS implementation.
