Biography
Rayna Stamboliyska is founder and CEO of RS Strategy, focusing on cybersecurity compliance, European strategic autonomy, and technology’s impact on society. She is the publisher of La tech est politique, the only expert-led publication on digital policies. Previously VP Governance and Public Affairs at YesWeHack, she shaped coordinated vulnerability disclosure policies in the EU and contributed to OECD frameworks on vulnerability management. She has served as independent expert for ENISA’s ad hoc working group on emerging threats and as external expert with INTERPOL’s Innovation Centre. She brings fifteen years of expertise bridging technology governance, cybersecurity policy, and compliance frameworks. Rayna is a Practitioner-in-residence at the Centre for Internet and Society (CIS) at CNRS, an adjunct professor at Sciences Po Paris and serves on the advisory boards of Forum inCyber Europe and the Luxembourg GRC Summit.
