Sander Dijkhuis

Sander Dijkhuis is Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Cleverbase, a European qualified trust service provider (QTSP) specialising in digital identity, qualified electronic signatures, and other trust services under eIDAS. He leads the architecture and development of the Cleverbase wallet and API platform, supporting emerging ecosystems for European digital identity and business wallets.

Sander is a member of the ENISA Ad Hoc Working Group on EU Digital Identity Wallet cybersecurity certification and serves on the Technical Committee of the Cloud Signature Consortium. He is the inventor of a user authentication mechanism for high-assurance mobile eID and wallet secure cryptographic applications (WSCA), and contributes to European wallet pilots such as WE BUILD and standards organisations such as ETSI and CEN.

His work centres on translating regulatory requirements and secure system design expertise into practical, interoperable platforms and services for secure information exchange across Europe.
