Fabian Hodouschek is head of Certification and Labels for the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), shaping cybersecurity certification and consumer labels for products, entities and services across all assurance levels. A primary focus of his is building trust via certification – a cornerstone of secure digitization in Germany and worldwide.

Coming from a background as legal professional, implementing the BSI-Act and the German Certification Directive into concrete measures, his stations of service with BSI include Chief of Executive Staff with the President of BSI as well as head of Cybersecurity for the Private Sector.
